Does the referral percentage come from the total sale including shipping and tax? If so, how can I set it not to include the shipping etc.?

When we did a test, an item was purchased for $4.50 +.41 tax and $5 shipping for a total of $9.91
We used the affiliate’s banner who is under me at depth 1 to make the sale.
The commission in settings is set to Referral Rate and a value of .20
But it says we both got .90 commission in the referrals section.
Shouldn’t we each have gotten .45 USD?

    Yes, we have WooCommerce integration installed.

    Where could I have set an amount set to grant affiliates for the new customer registration?

    Is there some way you can look at the site and see that Affiliates Enterprise is set up properly?

    Hi Jack,

    You should install WooCommerce Integration under Affiliates>Settings>Integrations, then you can set a commission for each product individually.

    Your commission doesn’t make sense, i suspect that you also have an amount set to grant affiliates for the new customer registration.
