comission not set to affiliates…

hy sir… I was trainning to start my affiliate program and it all was working fine but some reason after creat a afiliate in the and delete it some times for some reason the sistem not set the comission to the afiliate anymore…

first let me explain you what I need : I setup 10 subnivel to pay 21% for all subnivell for all products….. but for some special products I will pay more in firs nivel like 30%.
So I setup the one iten 30% in product page. but now the problem start..

1- please tell me why this comittion are not working… its always pay the default rate.
2 – when a order is done, as you can see in the picture a order in my 3 subinivel, the system not pay the people in the tier… in this example was AMIN VERA than did a order but the sistem just pay 1 nivel to DIRECT.. whay ?
3- is it possible you get my admin credentiales to check my system ?

    Hi,
    your referral is assigned to ‘Direct’ not to an affiliate. Be sure you are using your affiliate’s link before.
    In Affiliates->Settings you must select Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates if you want to assign a customize commission by product.
