Clicking subscribe reloads page

When I view your example video, it appears that when the subscribe button is clicked, the button text switches to “checkout” and the other text is shown in the box without the page reloading (maybe using ajax?). On my example page, the whole page reloads. This will be a problem on my final page because the form is at the bottom and when the page reloads it shows the top of the page – which is very confusing for users.
Is there maybe some compatibility issue with the scripts being used on my page?

    I trust you are feeling awesome today!

    Thank you so much for using Groups and Groups PayPal, it brings us great joy to know you are using Groups on your site.

    A page reload does happen. And this is normal.

    I did take a test run of the test page which you shared and all is set up properly. However, you are very correct to say it would be confusing for your users if they have to scroll down to checkout. Here’s what I can recommend:

    Create a Groups subscription, you can read more on that here.

    Instead of using the shortcode at the end of the page, you can simply add a button with the link to the subscription.

    I have also asked if it’s possible to prevent the page reload, I’ll keep you updated.
