Hey Nikki, that’s great thanks for the follow-up on this.
Hope you enjoy our tools as much as possible.
Cheers,

Hi Nikki,
Thanks for providing access to your site, indeed the error exists when trying to access Affiliates > Rates but after checking the plugin files I’ve noticed that the corresponding class file is empty and it shouldn’t.
Please go to Affiliates > Settings > General (tab) and make sure that the option to
Delete all plugin data on deactivation is not enabled. Then proceed, reinstall the plugin and if the issue persists let me know.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
I have fixed it following your guides. Now I can access the Rates tab and make changes there!
Thank you very much for all your help,
Nikki.
Hi Nikki,
Thank for providing the file, but I’m afraid it is pretty outdated the earliest log is from October 27. Please keep the debugging enabled and also provide temp admin access to your site. You may send the credentials to george at itthinx dot com.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
I have sent you an email, but last time it bounced back to me.
I have noticed the Pages and the payment gateway was blocked by the plugin throwing the same error. I have disabled the plugin now.
I will add the credentials here:
Username: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Admin: https://xxxxxxxxxxx
Thank you.
edit: removed sensitive data
Hello,
The email bounced back so I have uploaded the debug.log to we transfer – https://we.tl/t-SeGVri2iBO
Hi George,
I have sent you the debug.log to your email.
Thank you for your help.
Hi Nikki,
Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our affiliate marketing tool on your site.
Can you please share a copy of your debug.log? You may send it directly to my email address: george at itthinx dot com once you enable WP Debugging and try to visit Rates menu.
As a reminder, to enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );
with these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
All messages will be stored in your site’s root folder under wp-content/debug.log file.
Kind regards,
George
