Checkout page not redirecting to payment gateway

Hi, I’m using woocommerce + affiliates pro. When the subscriber buys some product and goes to the checkout page, the “make payment” button is frozen and does not redirect the user to the paypal or pagseguro page. If I disable Affiliates Pro, the checkout works.

When we created the site in 2015 everything worked, but about 6 months ago it stopped working.

  George asked me to have a look here – thanks for the debug.log but first thing you should do is update the plugins to their latest versions. Your licenses expired in June 2016 and if you are using the latest WooCommerce you need to update these:
  
  – https://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-pro/
  – https://www.itthinx.com/shop/affiliates-products/
  
  Once that is done and if you see further issues, please open a new topic in https://www.itthinx.com/forum/affiliates-pro/

Hi Rafael,

What info do you get in your debug.log if you enable WP debugging?
Also, since 2015 a lot has changed, including updates for WordPress, WooCommerce, Affiliates Pro and Affiliates WooCommerce integration.
FYI, Affiliates Pro has reached version 3.0.1 and Affiliates WooCommerce integration current version is 2.0.0.

To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace the following line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false );
with these lines:

define('WP_DEBUG', true ); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
after that, any errors will be added to a file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.
