Change log in link and other shortcode info
—
by
Hi,
When new affiliates sign up, they get a short thank you notice:
Thanks for signing up!
Please check your email for the confirmation link.
Log in here.
Could you please advise how to:
a) change this Log In link so that it keeps them on the affiliate area page (I don’t want them going to the default WordPress page)?
b) change the message shown here?
Also – when they are logged in and the affiliate code and affiliate URL shown within the default page set up are not responsive, so on mobile affiliates cannot access all of their code. Could you please advise how to fix?
Thanks

Hi Joanna-May,
You can try a service like https://postimage.org/ or send me screenshots for both your cases to george at itthinx dot com
Cheers,
George
Hi Johanna-May,
You can edit the notifications under Affiliates > Notifications. There you can replace the [site_login_url] with your affiliate area page URL, html is permitted in the messages.
What do you mean by not responsive? Normally, if your theme is responsive then the whole page will be responsive too. All the shortcodes render text or links so the output should be responsive.
Could you please post a screenshot for me to have a look? You can upload the screenshot in an image hosting service and paste the link to it here.
Kind regards,
George
Thanks for your reply. The Notifications I can edit on this page are the email notifications – I have found them thanks. I need to change the text in the success message that shows within the shortcode area on the affiliate page itself once the application is submitted.
In regards to the responsive code text, it is just the two links in the code html. How can I send you a screenshot?
Thanks
