Centralized Affilaiation Program
—
by
Hi,
I use Affiliates Pro on https://seefunk.net/ and ´planning to to on https://www.src-online-kurs.com/ as well.
I am looking for a solution to manage affiliates for both websites together. So when somebody comes to https://seefunk.net/ and from there forward to https://www.src-online-kurs.com/ and books a course there, the sale should also be counted to the same affiliate. And vice versa.
So I´d like to create Affiliate links for both sites, but if someone coming from an affiliate-link goes to the other site, it should be counted as well.
On https://seefunk.net/ I use the extension for WP-Events Plugin, on the other site I am going to realize with the Gravity-Forms extension.
Would maybe WP-Multisite be an option to manage this?
Many thanks for Your assistance!
My very best regards from Austria
Rudolf

Hi Rudolf,
Sorry but i don’t have ETA at the moment.
If though this integration is developed, i will let you know.
Cheers,
George
Hi George,
do You have an idea of a time-frame for checking this feature and if yes untill this will be implemented.
Otherwise we thoght to intergrate the checkout-page as an iframe to the target site. Also this will need some individual coding because the checkout-page is changing the height dynamically.
If a solution from your side would come; i´d prefer this.
Kind regards
Rudolf
Hi Rudolf,
Sorry but at the moment referrals are recorded only on the target site.
I will forward the request for this feature and check if it could be added to an updated version of the plugin.
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
many thanks for Your answer.
As I mentioned, on https://seefunk.net/ I use WP Events Manager for seminar bookings and on https://www.src-online-kurs.com/ I use Gravity Forms for selling an Online course.
As I understand, it would be necessary to collect the bookings and sales on the same “target site” …
How can I collect the refferal from both sites into one centralized affiliate program?
Or is this only possible, hen I put the order-form to the same site? By the way, would it be possible to use both extensions (i.e. WP Events Manager and Gravity Forms) together in one installation of Affiliates Pro?
Kind regards
Rudolf
Hi Rudolf,
Affiliates plugin supports a centralized affiliate program, if you run a WP Network of sites and also you have installed Affiliates MS premium plugin.
When you run a WP Network, one of your sites should run the e-commerce and the affiliate system. Whenever an affiliate refers a visitor to any of the sites in the network and makes a purchase on the target site, the affiliate will be granted a referral. This is accomplished with Affiliate MS and you can have a look at the documentation page.
Kind regards,
George
