Can’t see affiliate earnings

Hi,

I have added affiliates to my account, I have given them coupon codes. I have linked the coupon codes to their affiliate accounts under new attributes. I have seen customers place orders using the affiliate code and the platform shows that a sale using the affiliate code has been made but the amount earned is not showing up at all on the affiliate dashboard. Can you please help me understand why I can not see the affiliate’s earnings?

    Hi Joanna,

    Thanks for using our plugin on your site.
    The Earnings section in Affiliates Dashboard will show totals for referrals with Accepted and Closed status, other statuses are omitted since the commissions haven’t been yet finalised.

    FYI, your license for Affiliates Pro includes one year of access to support and updates for the plugin and all included integrations, since the purchase date. You can always renew this license by purchasing the plugin again through our shop page.
