Can’t Install intergrations

Hello,

We have purchased Affiliate Pro, also added the itthinx Updates plugin and service key. But when I try to install the Integration it shows an error. please check the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/1tcb4y2

Why I am getting this error? Can you please help me fix it ASAP?

    Hi Sarfraz,

    Thanks for updating the credentials.

    As it seems Affiliates WooCommerce Integration is already installed and activated on your site but even when I tried to install Affiliates Ninja Forms as a test, it was also successful.
    Should you need further assistance with Affiliates plugin, you may follow-up on this thread.

    Hi Sarfraz,

    I would say that something is probably wrong with your installation from the fact that you still have issues installing the integration even with the zip file and for that case I think it’s better for us to have a look at your Dashboard. You may provide us temp admin access by sending the credentials to my email address directly and also make sure to enable WP debugging.

    As a reminder and in order to enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All logs will be stored in your site’s root folder under wp-content/debug.log file.

    Still not able to install integration, Is there any other way to install them.

    Or Can you provide all the integrations files to install?

    Hi Sarfraz,

    Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our plugin as your affiliate marketing tool.

    The message you get shouldn’t appear under normal circumstances and it can be related to access restrictions provided by third-party security plugins on your site or services running via your server. From my point of view it is difficult to identify the source of that issue but I will send you the integration as a zip file directly to the email address that is registered for your user account here on itthinx.com.
