Can’t get Affiliate Pro running with WP/WooCommerce – Update Plugin and WooCommerce Integration
—
by
Hello,
we’re facing a problem, we don’t know how to solve when trying to implement the Affiliate Pro with WooCommerce.
We’ve tried this first: http://docs.itthinx.com/document/itthinx-updates/ and installed the update plugin manually.
*****
1st step:
Screenshot 1 – Looking for Updates on Network Admin level
Link to screenshot:
result: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
URL: domain+ /wp-admin/plugins.php?page=itthinx-updates
*****
2nd step:
Screenshot 2 – Trying to setup WooCommerce integration on specific site
Link to screenshot: https://junicloud.com/index.php/s/A1d2Pw88ZgAFxO3
result: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
URL: domain+ /wp-admin/update.php?action=install-plugin&plugin=affiliates-woocommerce&_wpnonce=f17272f353
Please help. We’re stuck.
Thank you.

Perfect!
Hi George,
thanks for the fast reply. One can only load the total order not the individual products within the order. But it’s okay. We’ll find a solution.
Best
Florian
Hi junicom,
You are welcome.
Regarding Referrals, you can use the embedded feature and export a list. Go to Affiliates > Referrals and click on the Export button on the top right corner.
Cheers,
George
Hi George,
integration worked fine. Thank you for deleting the Link and sending the files.
One last question: We could not find an option, to export the transactions in detail (including the ordered products). Is there an add on you offer?
Kind regards
Florian
Hi junicom,
You can install Affiliates WooCommerce integration manually. I’ve sent you the integration to the email address you used here on checkout.
Affiliates plugins and related addons should be installed from the Network Admin area and activated to the site(s) you choose.
Depending on your setup for example if you like your affiliates to refer visitors to any of your network site and record referrals, then you should also have a look at Affiliates MS. With this premium plugin a referral will be recorded, when an affiliate refers a visitor to any of the sites in the network and makes a purchase on the target site. In this case the Affiliate plugin and WooCommerce should be activated on the same site.
P.S. For your own safety, I’ve deleted the first screenshot link on purpose because your license key was in plain view.
Kind regards,
George
