Can’t create personal page for partners

Dear itthinx Support Team,
We recently purchased your Affiliates Pro plugin and are currently experiencing difficulties with the configuration process.
Specifically, we are encountering the following issues:
We are unable to properly set up personal dashboards for our affiliate partners.
There seems to be a problem with price calculation, which affects the accuracy of affiliate commissions.
We would greatly appreciate it if a dedicated support specialist could assist us via email in resolving these issues. It would help us move forward with our integration more effectively and ensure we are using the plugin as intended.
Please let us know what information or access you may need from our side to proceed.

Welcome back to our support channel.
Can you please share some more details on your request and specifically:
How do you wish to personalize your affiliates’ dashboards? Each dashboard section uses a dedicated template which can be overridden in your child theme and modified accordingly. However, once you share the details on what you’re trying to build, we’ll be able to provide additional tips.
The price calculation problem, has to do with the applicable rates specified, or with the commission amount that appears in ie Referrals?
