Can’t access admin area | Affiliates Pro

Hi There,

I am having trouble accessing any settings at all for Affiliates Pro.
When I hover in the dashboard only ‘banners’ appears and even when click that I am served ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’. I am logged in with an admin account and previously could access so I do not understand what is going on. I have run a plugin conflict test and there were no changes and I am unable what to do next to resolve the issue. Happy to provide admin access for someone to have a look / provide screenshots of the issue.

    Hi Lauren,

    Welcome back to our support forum.

    The issue you have seems possibly related to another plugin conflicting with Affiliates plugin or the admin privileges in general.

    I would recommend you to first enable WP debugging and then check the Affiliates Dashboard once more. Afterwards check your debug.log file for any related entries logged. You may share the debug.log file with us and if this process won’t give you any hints, then we would be more than happy to have a look at your Dashboard and setup.

    As a reminder and in order to enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line: 

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All logs will be stored in your site’s root folder under wp-content/debug.log file.
