Cannot install Woocommerce integration

Hi Guys,

I cannot install the woocommerce integration. When I click install I am taken to a page which says:

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

This was also happening when I tried to install the update plugin, but managed to download and install that manually. Can you please look in to this asap as this is required for the site I am working on.

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you have installed Itthinx Updates plugin and that your license key is used.
    If the issue still persists please use the zip I sent you by email to the address used on checkout and install it manually on your site.
