Can the commission calculated based on total ITEM amount only?

we use Referral Amount — A fixed commission amount is attributed with each referral. the commission, for example 10%, is based on the total ITEM amount, not total sales, which the shipping cost shouldn’t entitle commission,
A. Can the commission calculated based on total ITEM amount only?

B. how can we exclude shipping cost from the commission?

    Hello,
    Thank you for using the plugin!
    I’d advise on using Rates (from Affiliates > Settings > Commissions under the Method dropdown) instead of Referral Amount, especially since you’re calculating the commission as a percentage. Then, under Affiliates > Rates you can create new rates which are highly customizable and include the ability to be calculated based on an amount or formula. The shipping price is not included in referrals by default. You need to install the WooCommerce Integration, if you don’t already have it.
