can anyone help me set the affiliate enterprise up ?

i purchased the plugin and uploaded it,but i don’t have a clue what i’m doing and i can’t find anyone who can set it up for us.
we have set the shopping cart up and affiliate sign up/registration,but can get commissions to show in affiliates back office.
