Campaign queue not reach all subsribers

I have almost 5000 users on different groups. When I want to send a campaing to all groups the queue always has a limit of 2579 subscribers. I asked the hosting and we have an outgoing email limit of 1000/hour. So that it seems not be the problem.

Some idea of where I can look for that limit?

    How many of these users are subscribers? Please check the amount of users that are indeed subscribers, but also plain subscribers, both described in the plugin documentation here:

    Furthermore and beyond this support request, as it seems your license for Groups Newsletters plugin has expired. Once you renew, you will get access again to updates and support and is possible by purchasing the plugin again through itthinx.com shop.
