Better UI/UX for affiliate-area?

In Affiliates > Options, I used the “Generate” button to generate the affiliate-area page. After reviewing the documentation and experimenting a bit with the page layout, I still can’t get a nice, clean user-experience.

My biggest concern is where feedback is displayed.

When someone is first signing up to be an affiliate, after they submit the form, the page reloads and we now see the upper portion (top) of the screen… but there is feedback thanking them for signing up and telling them to go check their email on the bottom of the screen (which is “below the fold” / out of view for a lot of viewers).

Similar imbalances happen if the new user signup code is on the bottom of affiliate-area, and they make an error in their signup. The error alerts display at the top of the page, but they are still working on the form on the bottom of the page.

I am open to breaking out signup and returning user login to separate pages if necessary and redirecting as needed if that is the solution?

Any tips or solutions would be welcome!

    1. No, please post the link here directly.

  2. Can you provide a link to the site please?

This sounds like some CSS adjustments need to be done for your theme.

BTW you can customize the area with additional short codes, see http://www.itthinx.com/documentation/affiliates/shortcodes/
