Banners Pictures are not showing

Hey, I just upgraded to Affiliate Pro and I’m setting up banners. I’ve resized my logos as jpg to 225×225 and uploaded them in my media library but when I go and set the banner image, the banner stays blank or it keeps defaulting to a blank image. I’ve tried with a different logo on a different banner and I get the same thing. Should I use png?

    Hi Erick,

    Please try this.
    Upload an image in its normal dimension and then scale it through the WP image editor.
    This can be done either during setting a banner image or in the Media section of your site.
    Also, keep note if you get an error message during editing.
