Regarding restricted content to affiliates the aforementioned block will do the trick. You can include as many affiliates shortcodes you like in this block in order to make them visible only by your affiliates.

I want the banners to show after the affiliate has logged in only how do I do that please?

You need to add [affiliates_banner] shortcode as described in the documentation.
Your affiliates will have a preview of the banner(s) and the snippet to use on their channels.
