Banner code not showing

I’ve installed the shortcode for the affiliate dashboard. While everything seems to display fine, the code area is blank so there is nothing to copy to the clipboard.

    Thanks for providing access to your site.

    I have inspected your situation and there seems to be a conflict on your site either created by your theme or one of your plugins. FYI, the server response for the banner HTML snippet is correct if you check the output in this screenshot. Furthermore, in Chrome while loading the page the snippet loads properly and then disappears.

    You should temp switch theme and if this is not successful, try disabling your plugins one-by-one until you locate the plugin that is causing the conflict. I would assume that the issue is js related since I’ve checked CSS properties and none seems to be overlapping the banner snippet styling, ie font color, background color etc.

    In case you like us to help with the process, it would be better if you create a staging copy and add a temp admin account for use there, this way we will avoid modifying your live site.

    In this case I think it’s better to have a look at your Dashboard.Please create a temp admin account and then send the credentials to george at itthinx dot com, mentioning the topic title in the mail subject.
