I searched the documentation and the support forums but can not find out how to back up the current affiliates we have. I am not allowed to update to the Ent from the free plugin till I back everything up.

    thanks, just does not feel right to not backup to somewhere else lol. All set and installed though

    Hi Brad,

    You can safely delete Affiliates Free edition and install Affiliates Enterprise without losing your affiliates data.
    The only way your data gets deleted, is only if you choose to Delete data upon deactivation. This option can be found under Affiliates>Settings. Please make sure to read also the instructions that are available there.
