Hello,

I have the affiliates pro plugin installed on my site and it is saying it needs updating but it has this message “Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin.” How do I update this plugin otherwise and most importantly how do I get it so that it does automatically update?

    So do I need to deactivate the current plugin, delete it and then install one from the downloads area? Will I lose anything?

      Hi Angee,

      Please make sure to back up your site and database (which is common practice before making any changes to a site, including the installation of new plugins and updating existing ones) and also make sure that the option to delete data on deactivation is *disabled* (this is the default) under Affiliates > Options.
