Automatic Assign New Affiliate Relations
—
by
Hello,
I am using woocommerce integration for affiliate
I set comission for 2 tier. Let say A (2nd tiered), B ( 1st tiered, reffered by A), C (reffered by B)
When I test C purchased something, it works to give commission to B and A
My problems is, when in the first time C create his affiliate (by submit the form) with the link from B, in the affiliate relations, C is reffered by A. How to make relations C is reffered by B, because C buy products with B links and coupon
Thank You

Hello Antonio,
Thank you. I also already tested it
I can see permanent affiliate in user profile and tier assignment in manage affliliate give the same name. But the affiliate assignment jump one affiliate user above, is it like that by systems or no?
Let say I have 3 user before:
Aff-A (coupon: disc2)
—Aff-B (coupon: disc3 and tier assign under A)
——–Aff-C (coupon: disc4 and tier assign under B)
When user D purchased and using B Coupons (disc3), D will under A in permanent affiliate and tier assignement ( I expecting under B)
When user E purchased and using C Coupons (disc4), D will under B in permanent affiliate and tier assignement ( I expecting under C)
So, Its like jump one level above my expecting affiliate
My another question is:
1. If I delete user, how to delete affiliate relations from previous condition? Because the tables still give relations from and to from the user that already deleted (there is no option to delete it)
It happens also in refferrals, there is no toggle all to delete the refferral
2. Why in the Tier Assignment Tree, If I set 1 Level Tier. It can also create Depth 3, Depth 4, etc. I am afraid it will give to unlimited Tree relations
I am expecting if I only set 1 Tier Level, the Tree Assignment only until Depth 1. And the systems will automatically break that
If I set 2 Tier Level, Systems will break Tree relations to Depth 2
Thank You
Hi Dwi,
Sorry, I can not access to your dashboard to check it. Please check if you have enabled the ‘Apply the normal affiliate routine for guests.’ option from Plugins->Affiliates Permanent
1.- Really the affiliate and his referrals are not deleted, he is set as ‘deleted’, but the data is not removed to not lose information of history, totals, … You can re-assign the associations manually. From the Manage Affiliates section you can include removed affiliates from the filter.
2.- If you change the levels, from the affiliate edit page you can see the totals of depth, but the new referrals are associated until the actual levels configured. Example:
Time 0 you was:
AffA
— AffB
—- AffC
—— AffD
Now you change the level from 3 to 1. From the AffA edit page you can see the 3 depth, but if AffD generates a referral, only AffC get the commission (because now your level is 1)
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Hello Antonio,
Change level Tiers to 2 doesn’t solve my problem
Here is your reply before:
Hi Dwi,
1, 2 .- I have created the same scenario, and the Tier referrer and permanent affiliate are created correctly (AffB) using the coupons.
If you want, you can send me dashboard admin access to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com indicating this topic and I’ll have a look at your settings.
3.- It seems that there is a conflict between Affiliates Coupons and Aff Permanent that affects the assignment of the new coupon. We are working on this.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Thanks
Thanks Dwi,
I can see that you have: Dwi –> Alivia –> Aliv (disc12)
I have used the disc12 coupon with my new customer (itthinx), and I can see from Affiliates->Referrals that Dwi, Alivia and Aliv get commissions. If you select Expand details, Expand descriptions and Expand data you can see that these 3 referrals are related with the #1304 order.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Hello Antonio, I have sent you email 3 days ago. But it failed to send after 3 days (notification from Google)
Is there any other email? Thank you
Hi Dwi,
Don’t worry, I received the email today, thanks.
I can see that you have enabled only 1 tier level, please try to set 2 as Levels on Affiliates->Tiers.
Kind Regards,
Antonio B.
Sure,
I have sent you via email,
Thank You very much
Yes, I know that is manual assignment. But i want to reduce time in Admin area to create it manually
Let me tell the strory completely:
I purchased:
Affiliate Enterprise: 2.1.18.1
Affiliate Coupon: 1.2.0
Affiliate Permanent: 1.3.0
Affiliate Products: 1.5.1
Affiliate Woocommerce Integration: 1.7.1
and I am using Wp fastest cache
What I want it work is:
I want affiliate Tier 1 Level only and I want auto referral, so if affiliate purchased something, it will credit referral to their own.
All the affiliate permanent assignment I want it automaticaly buy purchasing woocommerce product. And also the affiliate reffered by … (assignment in Tier level) also automatically following the assignment in permanent affiliate
The flow is like this:
– I have Affilate A, I create Coupon disc1
– Then Affiliate B purchased product with Coupon disc1 from A. Then B automatically assign permanent affiliate to A, and in Tier automaticaly under A. Coupon disc2 for B created automatically
– Then Affiliate C purchase with Coupon disc2 from B. Then C automatically assign permanent affiliate to B, and in Tier automatically under B. Coupon disc3 created automatically
And After doing testing sooo manyy times, What I got is:
1. I create affiliate A in the beginning with coupon disc1
User B purchase product with Coupon disc1 from A, and checkout with registration as customer
Referral Works, A get referral with % amount I set in the individual products
Permanent Affiliate Works,B assignt automatically to A in user editor
Tier Assignment Works, B automatically assign to A
Woocommerce Coupon automatically create for B Works, disc2
What is not work automatically: Coupon disc2 in B attribute (manage affiliates not work automatically, I need to create it manually)
That case 1 is quite oke. But strange behavior comes in case 2
2. User C purchased product, using Coupon disc2 own by B. And checkout, register as customer. Then sign up as affiliate
Refferral to B Works corectly, B get % amount of Product Refferal rate
Referral to A Works correctly, A get % of Level 1 Tier
Woocommerce Coupon disc3 for C is automatically created
What is Wrong and not automatically assign is:
Coupon disc3 not automatically create in affiliate C Manage affiliate area. I need to create it manually
User C assign permanent affliate to A, in user C profile. What I expected is automatically assign to B
User C assign in Tier refferer by is to A, in manage affiliate. I am expecting it reffered by B, so the Three will be:
A
–B
—-C
What happen is C under A:
A
–B
–C
3. If user D also purchased with coupon disc3 own by C, the situation will same as i explain in case 2
Other problems is: If user using refferal link, not the coupon code. Any refferal definitely won’t work. But its okey my urgent problems is why tha affiliate give wrong assignment
Can you please give me support on this. I really need help on this
1. If new customer using coupon from someone, It will automatically assign as permanent affiliate under the coupon owner. And
2. He also automatically assign in Tier refferer by the Coupon owner
3. The coupon in his attribute, not only in the woocomerce coupon. Also created automatically
Please help me
Thank you very much
Dwi

Hi Dwi,
If you need to reassign the referrer affiliate, you can do it editing the affiliate from Affiliates->Manage Affiliates.
