That would depend on your mobile app’s compatibility with WP in general. If new registrations on your mobile app are stored in your site’s database then it could integrate with Affiliates plugin. For example, we offer the Affiliates Users addon that automatically adds new users as affiliates, each time a new user is added he’s also added in the affiliate’s list.
The most important aspect though is the one I mentioned in the beginning, how and if your mobile app integrates with WordPress, since our plugin runs and depends on WP.
