Api integration with third-party services

Hello, help me set up integration to get data from a third-party service. Here are links to the parameters and methods of the service:
https://developers.admitad.com/ru/doc/webmaster-api/

It is required to receive: clicID, order amount, partner ID of our network and so on

I tried to figure it out myself using the documentation on the page: https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/api/ , but I did not understand how to connect.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Affiliates Enterprise plugin for your project.
    Please refer to the following link which provides and example implementation of affiliates_referral action hook which is triggered after a referral has been recorded, It includes all the data you are looking for.

    Also note that the API is in PHP and even though we have plans to include also a REST API for the plugin, this is something still not implemented.
