Amount not getting credited to referrer

I am using woocommerce with your integration. The correct affiliates are being credited with the sale, however, no ‘Amount’ or ‘Currency’are being listed on the Referral Page. And the generate mass payal generates an empty file. How do I fix this? Thanks!

      Hi,
      sorry email is misplaced.
      you must set a default referral rate (to level 0), on Affiliates->Settings ( “Referral Rate” -> Save -> 0.45 )

    I have read the documentation several times and tried several configurations and can’t seem to get this right. Here is what I need to configure. Can you help?

    * Direct gets 45%
    * Sub-affiliate gets 5%
    *Sub-affiliate gets 50%

    * Direct gets 45%
    * Sub-affiliate gets 5%
    *Sub-affiliate gets 4%
    * Sub-affiliate gets 46%

    * Direct gets 45%
    * Sub-affiliate gets 5%
    *Sub-affiliate gets 5%
    * Sub-affiliate gets 45%

    This sounds like the referral rate hasn’t been set. Please check under Affiliates > Settings and make sure that it is set there.
