Allow Customers to use affiliate coupon

So I have set up an affiliate and part of the deal is that all of their customers that click on the link and make a purchase get 20% off of any purchase.

Is there anyway to imbed the coupon code within the link, so that when customer checks out, it automatically is added?

I am using wooCommerce.

    Hi,
    Affiliates Woocoupons applies Woocommerce coupon automatically if you are referred by an affiliate that has a coupon assigned.
