all sales are hung behind “direct (ID 1)”

Hi,

we have Affiliates Pro (Version 3.0.0) and Affiliates WooCommerce Integration (Version 2.0.0) and a couple of test-affiliates configured.
The link-tracking seems to work fine, because on “affiliates-admin-hits”-page we can see the correct urls and corresponding affiliate-names.
But, all sales are hung behind “direct (ID: 1)”. We receive emails with “A referral has been credited to the affiliate Direct (ID 1) …”, too.

but there is no solution pasted.
Can you provide me a tipp what can i do or test to get the sales behind the correct affiliate?

    Hi Dailos,
    Your referrals are recorder to Direct because you have this activated, and this record the referrals when no affiliate was involved.
    Please check if you are using the correct custom affiliate url. Remember that if your user is an affiliate and you want to auto generate referral, you need to enable this option from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals.
    If you give me an url, I’ll test your system.
