How do I stop this? Is there anyway to retroactively figure out who the real referrers are?

I’ve sent support at … the password, your username is …. The website: is store.mybooktherapy.com; Let me know if you figure anything out.
(p.s I did a test purchase yesterday, after I changed the settings, and the same thing happened.)
Thanks David, it works fine. In fact you have previous referrals that are assigned to affiliates and we just did a test purchase which shows up with the referral assigned to the correct test affiliate, also the status is fine as the payment was canceled, the referral status is ‘Rejected’.
Hello Kento, thanks for the help. I am using version 2.4.2 of the plugin, with the woocommerce integration, version 1.3.4.
I believe that I am using standard setting, but I would love some help. I had the Direct referrals option checked, but every single purchase that got referred ended up getting slotted in the Direct Affiliate.
Would you be willing to take a look inside? I could set up a temporary admin login for you.
Hi David,
Sure, please email access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll be happy to have a look.
Cheers
Hi David,
You can check the hits/visits that were recorded and match these up against the referrals, but I would recommend to check why all referrals have been assigned to Direct, so you can make sure that nothing in your setup is wrong and those referrals are really incorrectly assigned.
Can you provide some details on your setup please? Please include the current versions of relevant plugins, the integration used and what settings you have.
