All referrals are being credited to ‘Direct’

Hi Kento & Team,

It looks like my affiliate pro is not working? Yesterday an affiliate placed an order with a coupon code and that sales was not credited to her, it was credited as ‘direct’:

I think I’ve set up everything as per your instructions, not sure why it’s not working right? In this case I am also wondering how many other affiliates have missed their commissions.

Can you please look into this and help fix it.

Also, how can i get help after the 1 yr, that comes with the purchase. Not sure what i will do then if i get stuck this way.

  1. Checked this, the affiliate isn’t credited because the coupon code registered does not match the coupon used on the order. These must match in case as well.

In this case, your order 3335 has the coupon abc123 applied and your affiliate with ID 40 has the coupon code ABC123 related. You need to correct this so that the code registered for the affiliate matches the actual coupon code.

  2. Got the access details, thanks.

Yes, I have the full version of the woo commerce plugin installed. I bought them together from you.

I also sent an email with this answer along with admin access I created so you can please go in and take a look to see what might be going wrong. Not sure if you received the email so I am getting in touch here… please let me know.

    1. Thanks, got it. Please provide admin access.

  5. Do you have the integration plugin that comes with the Affiliates Pro package installed and activated? You must replace the Light integration with that one.
