All email notifications being sent twice

Hi there,

We have Affiliates Enterprise and woo commerce integration. Currently, everytime an affiliate register on the site or gets credit for a referral, site admin will get 2 identical emails.

How can we fix that so we can only ONE email notificatio?

    Yes, setting the default referral status to PENDING (under Affiliates > Options) instead of ACCEPTED fixed the problem. Now I only receive one notification email per sale.

    Thanks my default setting was set to accepted I changed it to pending. I’ll let you know if that fixes it.

    we have to get to the bottom of this problem. My long time JV partners are losing trust in me because of this issue.

      What’s your default referral status? You should set it to pending (under Affiliates > Options) and the notification option should be enabled for accepted referrals only (under Affiliates > Notifications).

      If these are set as indicated, then you have a conflict or your emails get duplicated by other means.

    Did that too still same issue. Could you give me a list of all possible settings that could be causing this inside affiliates pro?

    I already checked that setting and only one is selected. The admin and the affiliate both are getting double emails per sale.

      Hi,
      That should not happen, maybe there is some conflict with another plugin.
      Try disabling all other plugins, them activate one by one to find the conflict.

    I’m also getting two identical emails and so are my affiliates for every sale.

      Hi,
      maybe when the referral is pending and when is accepted, please select only one state on Affiliates->Notifications.

    For us, there are no email notifications at all.

      you can enable notifications in Affiliates->Notifications

        did that, however as observed, it sends only to admin and not to the registrant (new affiliate)

          New affiliate receives the wordpress email registration.
          If you want that affiliate receives an email when a referral is created, you can enable it in Affiliates->Notifications.
