Age verification

Hello,
When I am testing our affiliate page on our website, I enter in the information to sign up, but I keep getting an error code stating that i need to verify my age.
“ERROR: Please confirm your age”
There is no field available to enter in the age verification.
How do I correct this?

    Which plugin do you use for age verification?

    If it is a free plugin, i can use it in my installation and advise.
    Otherwise, it’s better to provide me admin access to your site to inspect the situation. For this, you should send your admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.

    Hi George,
    My programmer is stating that the plugin for the age restriction is conflicting with the plugin for the affiliate. we need the plugin for age verification for the cart due to the nature of the product. Can you advise how to solve this?
    The affiliate plug in and the age verification plug in is linked to the cart and seems to be causing an issue.
    We have to have the age verification plugin and cannot have it disabled.
    Please advise.

    Hi Harold,

    This is not an error message rendered by Affiliates plugin. The output comes from another plugin.
    It seems you are using a plugin for profile data manipulation or something similar.

    If you can’t locate it, disable all your plugins apart from affiliates. Then enable each one of them and each time, use the form until you locate which plugin outputs this message.
