After login affiliate area still showing that they need to login

Hello, I am having trouble with the generated Affiliate Area page.

I have entered in manually my affiliates, created WP users for each, tested out the login process to ensure the login page was working for the generated Affiliate Area page and it is not working. I am able to login, but the page redirects and show this message: “Please log in to access the affiliate area.”

I am not sure what I need to do to display the info for this page properly. Please let me know what step I am missing.

    Nevermind, my affiliate usernames were not saved properly which caused the login process to fail. Thank you for your help, this has been resolved 🙂

    HI George,

    I do have them setup as an active affiliate, how can I connect a manually entered affiliate to a manually entered user?

    I logged into the affiliate page itself, not wp-admin so I am not sure how these connect.

    Hi Sandra,

    This message appears if the user is not logged in, or if the logged in user is not an affiliate.
    If you try logging with the credentials of a user-affiliate, the message should be gone.
