After Completing Affiliate Registration page. How to change the default message content into my content?

When i finished the Affiliate Registration page and message says “If you are not an affiliate, you can apply for the affiliate program by filling the form below:
Thanks for signing up!
Please check your email for the confirmation link.
Log in …”

I replace that message to this “Your affiliate application has been sent for review. Thank you.” May i know how to change that. I searched on settings where it comes but I couldn’t find it. Can you please Explain detailly..
