Affliliates Pro not showing compensation for affiliate

I ran a test transaction today to be sure that my affiliate program is running correctly.

I am using wordpress with woocommerce, Affiliate Pro

After setting up the appropriate compensation rate, I:

1. Visited the site on third party computer through affiliate link
2. Made a purchase

I am not seeing anywhere the transaction is linked to the affiliate and compensation is being applied. I have been through videos and documentation thoroughly. It doesn’t seem to be adding up for me. Have I purchased the wrong plug. Please advise, I appreciate the support.

    Hi there,

    I have followed all the above requirements, made 3 separate test purchases and nothing is showing in the compensation rate field either? Is there something I may be missing or a problem with this area on setup?

    Hi,
    I have a similar problem.

    1. Live site, set up a test affiliate
    2. Installed test link and then clicked the link via a new browser.
    3. Went through transaction process
    4. Referall attributed to “Direct” and not the affiliate!
    I am uisng all up to daye version of Affiliate Pro, WooCommerce, WP etc.

    Any help appreciated.

        Hi Antonio,
        I believe I’ve followed the steps as shown but still no luck! The sales are registered, but only to DIRECT and not the defined affiliate.

        Ive set up a couple of test affiliate accounts but cant seem to get them to work as they should.

        I’ll end you access details, if you could take a look I’d really appreciate it as its driving me nuts!

    I’m sorry, I almost forgot, I’m using Easy Digital Downloads Version 1.5.2.1, Affiliates Pro 2.3.0, and EDD-Affiliates Pro Plugin 1.0 with WordPress 3.5.1. Thanks…

      Please update the integration plugin to the latest release 1.1.0, there have been changes in EDD that result in referrals not showing the correct amount.

    Hello, I am having similiar issue. I am using WordPress 3.5.1, Affiliates Pro 2.3.0, and Easy Digital Downloads – Affiliates Pro plugin version 1.0. In Referrals page, all of my affiliates only show “0” in amount column and in The totals for the commissions are not showing up for my affiliates. I have set the “referral rate” for “Default referral calculation”. In “Default referral calculation value” I have set : 0.2. Please help me..

    I just upgraded the WooCommerce Integration and No, there are no commissions showing in Affiliates->Referrals,, I have 4 orders processed and I’m on a live site.

    I am having a similar issue, I am using the new WooCommerce 2.0.8 and I have the Affiliates WooCommerce Integration 1.3.0 and The totals for the commissions are not showing up for my affiliates. I have set the referral rate for the product. As well as followed your steps in the above post. Any suggestions?

      Hi,
      please update Affiliates Woocommerce Integration to 1.3.1.
      In Affiliates->Referrals are the commissions?

    I set up Affiliates Enterprise on my test server, and thought that everything was working ok, but now that I’m live and have actual affiliates sending traffic to my site, it’s only registering direct.

    I’ve read all the documentation and I’m really stumped.

    Would it be possible for me to send you a login so you can have a look and maybe help me get this working?

    Hi,
    make sure that your settings are correct, please check under:
    Affiliates > Settings
    – Default referral calculation : Referral Amount Method
    – Default referral calculation value : Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates
    Affiliates > WooCommerce Integration
    – [x] Enable product referral rates
    – Default rate : (rate must be set here or on individual products)
    Products > edit a product > Product Data > Affiliates :
    – Referral rate : (rate must be set here or in general with the Default rate)
