Affliates-area does not show pending commissions

I made a test sale for an affiliate $1, the affiliate gets .75.

I see the pending commission as .75 in the Manage affiliates tab.

When I login under that affiliates username to affiliates-area, the page reports the following (why is this all blank?) I double-checked the affiliate id = 5.

Total Earnings
Commissions pending payment

Commissions paid

Number of sales referred

Accepted referrals pending payment: 0
Referrals paid: 0

Monthly Earnings

Month Earnings

    Hi,
    this “Accepted referrals pending payment” shows the accepted referrals. You can see the shortcode in your affiliate-area page: [affiliates_referrals status="accepted"].
    If you want to show the pending referrals you should use [affiliates_referrals status="pending"].
