Hi!
I’m trying to use [affiliates_affiliate_stats] to show referrals to affiliates.
I’m using your example in docs
[affiliates_affiliate_stats type="stats-referrals" data="user_login,user_email,first_name,last_name"/]
with less info about amount etc..
[affiliates_affiliate_stats type="stats-referrals" show_amount="false" show_currency_id="false" show_pending="true" data="user_login,user_email,first_name,last_name"/]
But it want show referrals first name or last name.

Everything is updated to the last versions.
Is it something I’m missing?
Regards

Hello there,
Thanks for reaching us with your issue!
I did test the shortcode you’re using on one of my sandbox sites, and all seems to be working well, so nothing wrong there.
Now, to show data about orders made from referred users, the User Registration integration needs to be enabled under Affiliates > User Registration.
If you have that enabled, is it possible that perhaps First Name and Last Name are not recorded for the user account in question?
Cheers,
Denitsa
Hi thanks for your answer and sorry for late reply from me
I noticed that correct data is shows if an new affiliate register but when someone “buy” something from events it doesn’t show first and last name.
What can be wrong? Is it a bug or Events Manager that is the problem
I’m using
Affiliates Enterprise Version 4.2.0
Affiliates Events Manager Version 3.0.0
Affiliates Permanent Version 1.5.0
Events Manager Version 5.9.5
Events Manager Pro Version 2.6.4.2
Regards
Jonas
Hey there, Jonas,
It makes a lot more sense now that you mentioned you are using the Events Manager, thanks for clarifying!
When making a booking with the Events Manager, its default form has a field only for the Name and not for First Name and Last Name, so there isn’t a way this kind of data can be pulled by the shortcode.
Moreover, this shortcode’s intended use is to display affiliate data, rather than info about individual referrals.
Apart from that, the info about an affiliate’s referrals is neatly shown in the Referrals tab of the affiliate dashboard. You can check the documentation on dashboard-related shortcodes here, if you’d like to explore more options on displaying different info to affiliates -> http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/shortcodes/dashboard/
Cheers,
Denitsa
