Affiliates setup

Hi,
I’ve recently purchased and installed your Affiliates Pro 3.0.1

I’ve gone through the setup process, following your documentation.

I’ve been testing the signup process, and I can’t seem to get new users to receive their active notification? I’ve setup so affiliates are approved automatically, but they don’t receive the “active” email with username, password, site login url?

    Hi George,

    Thanks for your prompt response.

    I can confirm the “Enable registration emails” is checked under the affiliates tab. I can also confirm our website can send mail.

    When I tested the registration process, I received an email notification of the new affiliate, who signed up online, but the affiliate didn’t receive anything. SPAM folder etc was checked.

    Would it be easier if I gave you some login credentials to login and have a look?

    Hi Jeremy,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Please have a look at your Dashboard under Affiliates > Notifications. There are two separate tabs for Affiliates and Administrators. Make sure that the Affiliates notifications are enabled and the option is checked on top of the settings page.

    Furthermore, check your site and make sure that it can send mails in general.
