affiliates registration

Hi! i have a problem here.
new affiliates registration.. the user role are set to subscriber. can i change to other user role automatically?

    Hi Alex,

    This is the default role for new users registering on a WordPress site.
    You can change it though if you visit your Dashboard under Settings > General. It’s the New User Default Role setting.
