Affiliates Rates 2 levels

Hello,

I use Affiliate Enterprise.

I have the following issue:

1. A leading partner gets 10% of the sales of the partners below them. But the leading partner won’t have a discount code for the customer.
2. There are four partners below the Leading Partner. But these four partners got a 10% discount code for the customers.

My question is: What do I need to set up so that the lead partner can get a 10% commission from the sales of the 4 partners below him?

    Sure, no worries about the comment formation, I can read it properly without issues.
    AS for the rate, yes that’s correct, the 10% rate I described is calculated on the sale total after the discount has been applied.

    Hello, Yes thats right:

    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate B
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate C
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate D
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate E

    Each time any of Affiliates B, C, D or E refer a sale, you wish Affiliate A to get 10% tiered commission.

    BUT, I have to exclude the 10% discount code which customers of B,C,D,E use when make a purchase.

    For example: Customer purchase goods for 50lv. and use code “Affiliate-B-10”. So the total amount (without delivery cost) is 45lv. After the purchase is completed Affiliate A have to recieve 10% from 45lv – 4.50lv.

    Welcome back to our support forum.
    Please correct me if I’m wrong but based on your description, your affiliates tree looks like this:
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate B
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate C
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate D
    Affiliate A has referred Affiliate E
    Each time any of Affiliates B, C, D or E refer a sale, you wish Affiliate A to get 10% tiered commission.
    What you need to do is create a new Rate, choose type->Rate, set the Value to 0.1 and for the Level option set the value to 1.
    Also, make sure that at least one rate exists without a Level set, which applies to the Original Referrer.
