Affiliates Pro Woocommerce – Referral Email to Affiliate

Affiliates are not receiving the referral email. I auto-enabled “pending” for referrals and alert affiliate when status changes to “approved” but still no email. Not even in spam folder.

Is this feature available for WooCommerce integration? If yes, why is it not working for me?

    Please confirm that these steps are correct:

    1) Affiliate Notification setting must be on “Accepted”
    2) When order is received, set it to completed.
    3) Go to Affiliates > Referrals > change to “accepted” status.
    4) Affiliate receives email

    Correct?

      With Affiliates Pro Woocommerce Integration step 3 is automatically ( see on Affiliates->Wooocommerce Integration).

      Hi,
      the order status must be “Completed”, not “processing” to affiliates receive the notifications if you only has selected “Accepted” on Affiliates->Notifications.

    Okay, I tried this but still affiliate is not receiving email. I know emails are working from my site because I receive the order confirmation and admin receives referral email but affiliate does not.

    Hi,
    please try “Notify when a referral is Pending” on Affiliates->Notifications to rule out problems with the mail server.
