Affiliates Pro – WooCommerce integration not working

Hi,

I have installed the updates plugin, but when I go to set up the woocommerce integration I get the following error:

– – An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

I see from the forums that this appears to be a common problem – I am sending you a separate email with dashboard access.

Many thanks in advance.

Khaled

  1. I have mailed the info requested…

FYI: meanwhile experimented with the ‘integration light’ and that installed ok. After that tried to install the advanced version again; same problem.

I also have some other questions but I’ll start a new thread for that. Let’s first solve this issue.

  2. Hi Antonio,

I did email my dashboard details to you – did you have an opportunity to take a look? Any thoughts?

    Kind regards,

  3. Same problem here.

I got the same error installing the update plugin; but found a download link for that. That helped and I could enter the servicecode too.

However: when I try to install the woocommerce integration I, again, get the ‘an unknown error occured’ message.

However: I am hestistant to provide external admin acces to my site. Isn’t it possibe to simply download the woocommerce integration as zip?

(like in the closed tread at http://www.itthinx.com/topic/can-not-install-updates-plugin-integration-woocommerce-pro/ )

    Thanks,

    Hans
