Affiliates Pro v.2.8.6 – Updating the Affiliates core FAILED

We just installed Affiliates Pro v.2.8.6 and have the message Updating the Affiliates core FAILED showing in our Dashboard.

How do we fix this? Please help.

Hi Anne,
Maybe there are permissions problem. You can try to update this manually, downloading the last version from your downloads page.
you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll have a look (please indicate this topic in the email).
