Affiliates Pro Plugin and WooCommerce Integration NOT updating

I added my service key to the Itthinx Updates page and saved it, but the Affiliates Pro Plugin and WooCommerce Integration are still not updating automatically. They both still show that an automatic update is NOT available. What do I need to do?

    Probably something is filtering the request. You can send me dashboard admin access to antonio@itthinx.com and we’ll have a look at your settings.
