Affiliates Pro PayPal Integration

I’ve purchased Affiliates Pro, which comes with PayPal Integration, but it seems the actual integration needs to be installed as it’s own plug-in.

When I click on the “Install” button within the “Integrations” settings page, it links to a page saying “Something Went Wrong”.

Where can I find a download link for the plug-in so that I can install it?
