Affiliates Pro for WooCommerce not fully loading

I have just installed / configured Affilates Pro for WooCommerce, set page etc all without any problem.

But when I visit the new page, the form does not appear to be loading fully ….

I have tried de-activating certain non-essential plugins and those that maybe could be conflicting including cache, but there was no difference.

Hope someone can help as looks like a great product which I would like to get going.

    Hi,
    – Loading Throbber: it seems a problem with a “lazy loader” plugin.
    – Unable to click: I can click correctly (but the registration email never arrived).

    Please disable another plugins and try it.
