Affiliates Pro Erroe Messages.

I received this message yesterday thank you however I do have affiliates Pro installed and activated and am receievind the error messages indicated at the top of my dashboard:
Affiliates WooCommerce Integration plugin requires an appropriate Affiliates plugin to be activated: Affiliates Pro or Affiliates Enterprise.
The Affiliates Contact Form 7 Integration plugin requires an appropriate Affiliates plugin: Affiliates, Affiliates Pro or Affiliates Enterprise.
You can see the following plugins are activated: Thanks and regards

Hi Leon, The aforementioned plugins are integrations, so in order to record referrals for CF7 form submissions you need the integration and the Affiliates Pro or Enterprise plugins to be installed and activated. The same applies for Affiliates WooCommerce integration. Hope this helps. Kind regards, George

  1. Hi Leon,

    In that case you should deactivate and delete Affiliates Pro plugin and then reinstall it, there is probably something wrong with your installation. You can safely delete your Affiliates Pro plugin without losing any data, as long as you don’t enable the option to Delete all plugin data on deactivation under Affiliates > Settings under the section Deactivation and data persistence.

    If though this doesn’t solve your case, i think it’s better for me to have a look at your installation. You can send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.
