Affiliates Pro + Contact Form 7 – Commission “Referral Amount” not allocated to Affiliate

Good day,
I have purchased Affiliates Pro and Contact from 7 Integration however when setting-up commissions using “Referral Amount” and listing the included form ID – the lead is not being allocated to the respective affiliate. I have tested using Direct and that seems to work however am not able to allocate commissions to affiliates.
Please advise how this can be resolved.
Thanks,
Will

      1. Hi Will,

Thanks for the credentials you have forwarded. I just had a look at the registration page specifically – where you have the contact form embedded. There are a couple of sections from the Plugin Organizer plugin that seem to disable a few plugins both for logged in and logged out users. Among them are Affiliates Pro and the Contact Form 7 integration. If these are disabled for the page, then the referral system won’t work correctly. They shouldn’t be disabled on any page in fact, as that would quite certainly interfere when supposed referrals come in. I’m not really familiar with Plugin Organizer, but from the looks that’s the first thing that I would say needs to be adjusted. I will send you a reply with some screenshots from the page in edit view.

Can you please remove the entries there so that the plugins are not disabled? Then you should test again after visiting an affiliate link. If Plugin Organizer is stopped disabling the above mentioned plugins, everything should be working as expected.

        Cheers

          Good day Kento,

Thank you very much for your assistance. It seems to have resolved the issue. Much appreciated.

Is there a way to remove data i.e. Traffic, Totals, Referrals etc from the system without disabling the plugin. This would be to remove the test data before going live.

Please let me know and once again thank you for your assistance in resolving the previous issue.

          Thanks,
          Will

          1. Hi Will,

Great to hear that this helped!

Regarding the deletion of existing test data, there is an option that allows to reset everything – please use this with caution as it deletes all plugin data. You will find the option under Affiliates > Settings > General > Deactivation and data persistence – it’s described on the General documentation page.

            Cheers
