Affiliates Pro breaks my shop

Backend and checkout page in frontend don’t work and gives me this error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Affiliates_Admin_User_Profile in /home/onlin167/public_html/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-permanent/class-affiliates-admin-user-profile.php on line 25
