Affiliates Pro and Subscriptions

Hi,

I have installed Affiliates Pro and Woocommerce Integration. I also had installed WooCommerce subscriptions. I think I setup everything right, however I only see in the Affiliates > Totals only the commission for the first payment and not for subsequent payments.

What I want to achieve is for my subscription products (daily and monthly subscriptions) that are sold via an affiliate to grant a commission of 10% on each recurring payment.

I checked “Product rates” and set 0.1 and also checked “Recurring Referrals”. Since I still got no commission added for subsequent payments (for daily subscription which I created especially for testing) I also went to the product itself and added in the Affiliates section the individual rate of 0.1 but still nothing.

What am I doing wrong? Please help

In Affiliates > WooCommerce Integration > Product rates it says: “Important : Note that you must choose the Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates method under Affiliates > Setup for product rates to be applied in general, or specify that method as an attribute for individual affiliates – otherwise the product rates will not apply.” I guess that this is an inconsistency since I cannot locate the “Setup” section and even if it refers to the “Settings” section I cannot find where to set the “Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates”

    Hi John,

    You can set Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates under Affiliates > Settings > Commissions. There you should choose as Method, the Referral Amount Method option and as Value you should choose Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates.

    With that set and since you mention that you have ticked the option for Recurring Referrals under Affilliates> WooCommerce Integration, you should be ok. Be sure also to leave the value for Limit/Timeout to 0(zero) under Affiliates > WooCommerce Integration under Recurring Referrals section.
